Carmen Decker currently serves as the president of Kimco’s Western region overseeing approximately 169 shopping centers in the Western U.S. consisting of 33.5 million square feet. In this capacity, Decker is responsible for strategic planning, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, leasing, property management, construction and development. Decker holds a B.A. from University of Washington and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Program in Leadership Development. She is a licensed real estate broker in Washington, a member of CREW Seattle and ICSC. She also sits on the boards of BNBuilders, Friends of the Children – Seattle and U of W Friends of the Office of Equal Opportunity Programs.
