Jack Schultz is founder and CEO of Agracel, Inc., an industrial development firm focused on the development of manufacturing plants in rural America. Agracel began in 1986 and since then has completed projects in 20 states - owning 10+ million square feet of industrial space, which has facilitated over 10,000 jobs. Mr. Schultz is the author of Boomtown USA: The 7 ½ Keys to Big Success in Small Towns, published by NAIOP. He has been a member of NAIOP since 1995. He is a past member of the National Forums Advisory Committee and currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. Mr. Schultz is the current chair for the Research Foundation’s Research Committee, Foundation Trustee and head of the Industry Trends Task Force. He is also is a member of the Entrepreneurial Investment & Development Forum.
