For over 29 years Rafael McCadden has been a commercial real estate specialist focused on representing global corporations as well as institutional real estate companies with their real estate requirements, site selection and nearshoring projects. His experience in multiple markets throughout Mexico has allowed him to develop a high-level corporate real estate strategy for his clients. He joined Colliers International in 2005 after nine years as executive director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, AMPIP, (similar to NAIOP in the USA). Now, 17 years later, he continues to be Collier´s Industrial & Logistics Director and member of the Steering Committee of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group (L&T).
