Jason Tolliver

Jason Tolliver leads Cushman & Wakefield's logistics and industrial real estate advisory business in the Americas, overseeing the integration and delivery of services to help clients identify and implement optimal real estate strategies. He is an attorney and advisor with over two decades of experience in regional, national, and international commercial real estate, law, and economic development. Before leading the Americas industrial business, Tolliver served as executive managing director of investor services and global head of logistics and industrial research, providing occupiers and investors with forward-looking advice on trends affecting capital markets and commercial real estate in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tolliver practiced corporate law. He also held several economic development roles, including leading international business development for the State of Indiana and later overseeing commercial accounts for the electric utility AES Indiana. He began his career as a translator for the Japanese government, supporting community and economic development projects throughout Southeast Asia.
