In his role as director of sustainability innovation for EQT Exeter, Matt Praske is responsible for defining the objectives and executing the strategies necessary to develop a market-leading ESG platform by collaborating with different teams throughout EQT Exeter to create value across all real estate investments. Prior to EQT Exeter, he worked for WashREIT as director of energy and sustainability, responsible for all aspects of ESG for the organization’s portfolio of office, multifamily and retail properties.
