Tim Aguilar is Link Logistics’ senior vice president of development. He is responsible for leading the firm’s development platform in the northeastern United States. Prior to joining Link in 2021, Tim was senior project manager at Bohler Engineering, responsible for leading a team of professional engineers and administrators to deliver projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction across a range of real estate asset classes. He has worked on projects throughout more than 150 municipalities in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
