Prior to joining Galvanize as the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability for real estate, Nicolette Jaze served as Vice President of Client Engagement, Communications, and ESG at Esusu, a fintech/proptech startup that reports on-time rental payments to consumer credit agencies with the goal of helping renters improve their credit scores and ultimately bridging the racial wealth gap. Prior to Esusu, Jaze spent six years as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs developing and overseeing ESG integration initiatives for real estate, both within the asset management and corporate real estate divisions.
