Tracy Zinn is the president/CEO of T&B Planning, Inc., a private consulting firm that moves projects through due diligence, planning, entitlement, environmental compliance and construction permitting. Zinn has more than 30 years of experience in the southern California market and has entitled over 85 million square feet of supply chain building space in more than 210 buildings. She is a member of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter Board of Directors and Legislative Affairs Committee, the California Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP), and the American Planning Association (APA). She is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
