Drew Richardson is the Director of Leasing and Property Management for Primera Companies, LLC in Dallas, Texas.  As a part of a family-owned business, Drew is often involved in various aspects of the day-to-day operations which include the following: lease negotiations, budgeting, strategic planning, and acting as a liaison between Tenants and Primera’s ownership team.   

Drew joined Primera in 2013 after spending 7 years with Cushman & Wakefield and a local firm, Henry S. Miller.  He specializes in leasing and sales of industrial projects as well as budgeting and property management for a variety of project types.  He has been licensed as a salesman in Texas since 2007.   

Drew grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended college in St. Pete, Florida at Eckerd College with a degree in Computer Science.  He now resides in North Dallas, with his wife Kelly.  He is an active member with NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program and was part of the DL-V forum, which has now merged and formed the Office and Industrial Trends Forum. In 2017 he was named to NAIOP’s Young Visionaries program.  

He has previously served as the president of The Nextwave Foundation, the Dallas-Fort Worth Aquarium Society, and is an active member with Make-A-Wish North Texas.
