John David O’Donnell Dwyer, also known as David, is the founder, president and chief executive officer of O’Donnell. He currently holds the positions of president and CEO. His journey began in 1994, during which he oversaw the development and acquisition of approximately 10.6 million square feet of space. Presently, he is responsible for the management of around 13.6 million square feet of industrial properties distributed across 12 strategically positioned markets throughout Mexico. Notably, O’Donnell effectively manages one of the largest institutional industrial portfolios in Mexico. Over time, he has spearheaded investments totaling approximately USD $850 million in Gross Transaction Cost, all directed towards industrial properties within Mexico.
