Ramsey Daya is vice chairman in Newmark’s San Francisco office, where he runs the Debt, Equity and Structured Finance team in the Western U.S. He was the firm’s top producing broker in the region in 2022 and helped build the team into one of the most active in the U.S., having closed over $20 billion since joining the firm in 2017. Prior to joining Newmark, he co-founded Regency Capital Partners, which he grew into the largest independent mortgage brokerage firm in Northern California until it was acquired by Newmark in 2017.
