Lee McNeil has more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry, including industrial, commercial, theme, hotel and retail projects. He received his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Lee began his career in the field doing building layout and soon progressed into the role of senior preconstruction manager for several large national and local firms. Lee has managed the preconstruction for a multitude of different project types and buildings. Some of his more notable projects include: Sysco Nashville, SYGMA Network distribution facility Orlando, SuperTarget SoDO Orlando and the Setai Hotel and Condominium, Miami Beach. Lee joined Williams Company in 2004 and is past president of the Professional Construction Estimator’s Association Orlando chapter and NAIOP Central Florida chapter.
