Michael Parks is a member of the Global Gaming Group, a strategic business unit within CBRE that focuses on providing investment banking and real estate advisory services to gaming companies worldwide. Parks has been involved in numerous gaming asset sales across the United States including the Rio All Suite Resort & Casino, Sahara Hotel Casino, Las Vegas Hilton, Flamingo Laughlin and the Trump Plaza. He has also been actively involved in representing both gaming and non-gaming companies in the acquisition and disposition of land parcels located in the Las Vegas resort corridor and throughout the United States.
