Ryan Bain serves as the vice chairman for CBRE's Institutional Properties team, based in Chicago, and covers the North Central Region for National Partners. With a focus in the industrial and logistics sector, Bain specializes in assisting institutional, private and corporate clients in dispositions, acquisitions and equity capital sourcing. Since joining CBRE in 2002, Bain and his team have facilitated over 600 transactions worth more than $25 billion, spanning over 300 million square feet. In addition, they have successfully raised over $6 billion for joint venture, new development, and new platform initiatives.
