Darren Kenney

Prologis  | Head of Capital Deployment, West Region

Darren Kenney is the head of capital deployment, west region at Prologis. In this role, he oversees capital deployment and investment activities, including acquisitions, redevelopment, and development across California. Kenney joined Prologis in 2008 as a capital deployment analyst, underwriting transactions in Europe and Asia. In 2010, he transitioned to the West region, where he focused on underwriting, sourcing, and managing opportunities in Seattle, Portland, Southern California and the Bay Area. He has also led the company’s urban infill investment strategy in select markets, including Prologis’ expansion into San Diego. A Bay Area native, Kenney holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern California. He is an active golf member of the Olympic Club of San Francisco.
