As Director of Capital Projects at Rexford Industrial, he has spearheaded their 5-year solar initiative, integrating net-metering and Feed-In-Tariff strategies to drive sustainability. Richard’s expertise extends to launching and managing solar divisions, building and his running his own construction company, negotiating large-scale renewable energy deals, and forming partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and developers.
