Ohad Porat is the Chief Investment Officer at Faropoint, a leading real estate investment firm focused on last-mile industrial properties in high population growth markets. He spearheads the company's investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property management and the go-to- market strategy across multiple markets. Under his leadership, the company has expanded rapidly nationally, including the deployment of more than $730 million across 82 separate transactions to acquire 8.5 million square feet of properties in 2021 alone, in addition to the launch of eight regional offices. Outside of Faropoint, Porat is a Major in the Israeli Air Force Reserves.
