Clark Machemer leads Crow Holdings Development’s industrial business in the Northeast, overseeing site selection and acquisition, team building, securing project entitlements, project design, construction, and project capitalization. Throughout his 20-year career, Machemer has been involved in the leasing and development of more than 17 million square feet of industrial space, one million square feet of office space, and 250 residential units. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Law & Public Policy from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Machemer is past president of NAIOP New Jersey and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the NAIOP National Corporate Board. He is also chair of the Board of Trustees of Pillar Care and has been recognized by NJBIZ Magazine as a member of its “Real Estate Power 50” multiple times.
