Sam Sidoine manages the execution of complex adaptive reuse projects for IRGRA across various West Coast markets. Before his current position, Sam took on multiple roles in CRE development and construction, successfully delivering over 2.5 million square feet in the Pacific Northwest and more than 2,000 apartment units. His experience spans industrial, oil and gas, office, and multi-family sectors. Sam earned his undergraduate degree from Whitman College and holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington.
