John Long manages day-to-day functions at Provender Partners from asset acquisition to stabilization; this includes deal sourcing, underwriting, diligence, construction, leasing and asset management. Having worked in and around the food industry for 18 years combined with his knowledge of industrial real estate results in a unique and very powerful skill set. Before joining Provender Partners, John was a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International and the Western Region representative for Colliers Food Advisory Services group, where he specialized in the representation of owners and users of food-related industrial properties. Areas of focus included food processing, production, packaging, distribution and cold storage. John is known for his creativity in bringing parties together and his tenacity and commitment to getting transactions completed.
