Stacey Mosley is the Director of Research and development lead for urban streetscape improvement projects at Brandywine Realty Trust. She is responsible for design and development of specific projects in downtown Philadelphia and leads a team producing data-driven market analysis in addition to development opportunity identification and assessment. After studying manufacturing and design engineering at Northwestern University, Mosley applied her interest in products and process at the City of Philadelphia working on both the Vacant Property Strategy and Open Data Initiative before starting her own proptech company, Stepwise, and friends and family investment fund. Mosley is the co-chair of the Community & Economic Development Council and former co-chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative at the Philadelphia chapter of the Urban Land Institute, a Board Member of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, a NAIOP Visionary, and a recurring guest speaker at Drexel, Temple, and the University of Pennsylvania for courses in urban planning and spatial analysis.
