L. Mark Billeaud is a Founding Partner of Summit Real Estate Group, an independent, partner-led commercial real estate company. The firm’s integrated Fund platform (formed in 2009), and Development and Asset Management businesses focus on opportunities within select markets throughout the South, Southeastern and Midwest regions of the U.S. Mr. Billeaud is responsible for leading a team of individuals focused on acquisition, disposition and development of industrial investments capitalized through the Arrowrock Fund Series – structured as private equity and discretionary investment vehicles. Mr. Billeaud began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 and has a broad background in development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction. Prior positions to Summit include Vice President of the St. Louis Industrial Business Unit of Duke Realty (now ProLogis) and Vice President with Trammell Crow Company in its St. Louis office. Mr. Billeaud holds a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University. He has been a member of the Capital Markets 3 National Forum since 2010.
