Bob Ybarra is a 25+ year veteran in the real estate finance industry. During his career in CRE finance, Ybarra and his team have completed in excess of $35 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. He focuses on all major CRE asset types for institutional and middle-market clients with large and mid-size loan needs. He has placed capital for conventional and build-to-rent multifamily, industrial, retail, office, manufactured housing, self-storage, and hotels with institutional lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life insurance companies, credit unions, conduits, pension funds and debt funds. In addition to traditional term debt, Ybarra also sources construction, bridge, preferred equity, mezzanine and joint venture equity for his clients.
