Since joining Hines in 2016, Tom Lawless has been instrumental in growing Hines’ presence in Southern California across all product types. He has acquired, redeveloped, managed, and sold office, industrial, retail and residential projects totaling over 5 million square feet and $2 billion in value. He spearheaded the Hines’ push into industrial in SoCal. He earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
