Patrick Schlehuber has been leading Rexford Industrial’s property investment initiatives since 2009 and serves as a key member of the company's Investment Committee. Under his leadership, Rexford’s investment team has completed over 450 property acquisitions and dispositions, amounting to more than $12 billion and adding nearly 50 million square feet to the company's portfolio. With over 25 years experience in investment and finance, Schlehuber brings deep expertise across acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, construction and leasing throughout California. He is actively involved on the boards of NAIOP SoCal, NAIOP San Diego, the Foundation for Learning, Athletics, and Growth (F.L.A.G) and The City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Council.

Before joining Rexford, Schlehuber was an Investment Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust, a publicly traded industrial REIT, and gained additional experience in investment banking and financial consulting at RA Capital (formerly Batchelder & Partners) and Arthur Andersen. A Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois-Inactive), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
