Chiagorom (Chi) Osu is a seasoned real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and economic development across various property types. As the Head of U.S. Logistics Development at Mapletree, Chi is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s business vertical in this sector. His career includes senior roles at Prologis, the City of Newark, Lotus Equity Group and Loeb Partners Realty.
Chi has been involved in acquisition, development and recapitalization transactions exceeding $2.7 billion nationwide, covering approximately 7.1 million square feet.
During his graduate studies at NYU Schack Real Estate, Chi was honored with the President’s Service Award for his distinguished achievement and service to the NYU community. He has also contributed to both for-profit and non-profit sectors, serving on boards such as the NYU Schack Alumni Board of Directors, Enterprise Gotham Society, the Junior Board of Eagle Academy Foundation and Friends of St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University.
