Zach Romano joined RLCold full-time in 2023 and has been involved in the cold storage development venture since its inception. As chief operating officer, Zach oversees portfolio management for the firm in addition to his responsibilities for executing development projects. Actively engaged in lease negotiations, financing, and contract discussions, Zach plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. Throughout his career, he has worked on ground-up developments, acquisitions, portfolio management, and a comprehensive range of capital markets activities. Additionally, he has co-led several joint venture negotiations for implementing substantial programmatic development platforms.
