Dayton Conklin, equity owner and managing director, is the head of industrial transactions at Clarion Partners. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Dayton is responsible for U.S. industrial acquisitions, dispositions and development joint ventures. He has extensive experience executing real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions and developments) over the course of his career in markets across the U.S. Additionally, Dayton is the portfolio manager for one of Clarion’s industrial focused separate account relationships. Dayton is a NAIOP member and an active member of NAIOP’s Industrial Acquisitions I National Forum.
