David Strickland is Vice President of Marketing & Leasing for Thomas & Mack Co., a commercial development company with projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thomas & Mack is the developer of the McCarran Center, Las Vegas Tech Center II, and the 100-acre Northern Beltway Industrial Center. In addition, the group is in partnership with Majestic Realty in the development of the 400 acre mixed-use Las Vegas Digital Exchange Campus. In addition to the development and asset management of their own portfolio, Thomas & Mack provides third-party real estate consulting services and has acted as development manager for many significant projects such as Eastgate Plaza II, the Southern Highlands Corporate Center, The Grammercy mixed-used development, and the 370,000 SF Metropolitan Police Department Headquarters facility in Downtown Las Vegas. The company has performed strategic planning and execution of asset disposition programs for financial institutions.
In addition to his duties with Thomas & Mack Development Group, Mr. Strickland is the Past President and current Board Member of NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter. Mr. Strickland is also an active member and participant in industry organizations such as SIOR and CCIM.
Prior to joining Thomas & Mack. Mr. Strickland worked for CBRE. Strickland is a graduate of the University of Utah and has obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
