Your information is also included in our Membership Directory, which is available to members only. You may opt-out of having your information appear in the Membership Directory by updating your personal profile.

In addition, NAIOP reserves the right to use and share your information in the event NAIOP believes doing so is necessary to operate this website or where disclosure may be required by law, or to protect NAIOP's rights or the rights of others.

NAIOP maintains full rights to any information collected on this website, and may freely collect, use and disclose the information unless prohibited by this Privacy Policy or applicable law. Upon a change in control of NAIOP or sale by NAIOP of substantially all of its assets, any information owned by or in the control of NAIOP may be transferred to the NAIOP’s successor, who will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Sharing Information with Our Suppliers

We may share information we collect with vendors and partners, as necessary, for us to provide the website and our products and services to you and as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law. These suppliers include PayPal, our payment service provider and MagnetMail, our email service provider.
