While at GLP she was involved with several large portfolio acquisitions, including the 4.5B SF Industrial Income Trust (IIT) acquisition and the 1.5M SF Hillwood acquisition in 2016. Curtis Spencer is the President of IMS Worldwide, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas.
